water with low conductivity: field measurement

pH Meter

pH meter
Electrode
  • Aquatrode plus – combined LL pH glass electrode (6.0253.100) with fixed ground sleeve diaphragm and double-junction reference system. Its new type of membrane glass had especially been developed for pH measurement in weakly buffered samples with low or high conductivity.

Your advantage
  • The 826 pH mobile can be purchased together with a case. This way the transport of the meter and the electrode is much easier. The case includes also all accessories you need for calibrating the pH measurement system in the field.
  • The pH glass membrane of the Aquatrode plus is made of a newly developed special glass that is characterized by short response times and excellent long-term stability.
Practical hints
  • pH measurement is temperature dependent. Don't forget to enter the temperature value of your sample solution into the meter. If the temperature changes during the measurement it is recommended to use an Aquatrode Plus with integrated Pt 1000 temperature sensor (6.0257.000).
  • Always store the electrode in the Storage Solution 6.2323.000 when not in use. This way you'll always have a "ready to go" electrode of optimal performance. Electrode holder and electrolyte solution can be carried quite handy in the accessories case of the 826 pH mobile.
