The Unitrode can be purchased in different lengths from 125 mm to 450 mm.
The fixed ground joint diaphragm of the Unitrode stops back diffusion of the sample into the reference chamber of the electrode. The electrolyte solution can not be contaminated with sample.
Practical hints
Rinse the electrode thoroughly after each measurement: first with a solvent that will remove all residues from the electrode and then with distilled water. Long live your Long Life (LL) sensor!
Make sure that the electrolyte level in the electrode is always just below the filling hole.
