Your advantages:
- The 780 pH meter has an automatic electrode check, which gives you information about the state and performance of your electrode at any time
- The stirrer can be controlled directly over the 780 Metrohm Serial Bus (MSB) interface
Practical hints
- Detergents must be fully dissolved before measuring pH
- Stirring increases homogeneity and leads to improved results. Do not stir with the electrode - use magnetic stirrers, e.g. the Metrohm 801 Magnetic Stirrer
- Important: rinse electrode thoroughly with distilled water between series of measurement. Lift the sleeve diaphragm slightly, thus flushing the liquid junction with electrolyte solution
